You challenging you to stay On Plan from now until Memorial Day.

Members are urged take time each day to plan for their next 24 hours.

Stay realistic when meal planning, and keep in mind your physical ability when planning activity.
Be in touch with what you can do, and plan the time to do it.

Stay in focus with upbeat, positive thoughts, shed anything negative.

Weight Watchers has given us a great tool in helping us decide what types of food and how much we should eat.
Use that knowledge while planning out your meals and snacks.

Check in to the Challenge board and thread to absorb thoughts and ideas from fellow members.
Lend upbeat thoughts and ideas to others.

No requirements to report personal information such as weigh in or activity, but if you would like to share such news or have a question you need help with that is invited.

Members are not in competition with each other.
There is no division by teams.
This is not a race.
It is simply you making a promise to you, to stay ON PLAN.

If you are able, lend help to fellow members.
If you are in need seek help from fellow members.

In the end, Everyone is a winner.
